James is a developer & entrepreneur with many businesses in sectors such as property, retail, and wellbeing. His passion for turning disused buildings into modern, affordable homes has led to him being well-established in the property regeneration field.

Merraz Kamali,
Senior Lettings Negotiator

Merraz has a keen interest in property lettings and management. Merraz is on the front lines, letting our properties as soon as they are ready and responding to day-to-day tenancy enquiries.

Jamal Khan, Head of Development

Jamal has considerable experience as a property research analyst and leads on development. Along with seeking out new opportunities, Jamal spends his time building relationships with partners ensuring we achieve our goals together.

Fiona Bullivant,
Head of Finance

Fiona has over 20 years’ experience in the finance field. She has worked for various high-profile construction and architectural firms. She works to implement strategies and plans to achieve our company’s long-term financial goals.

Amit Bowry, Director of Accounts
AB Services

Amit is responsible for corporate and project financial management. His main responsibilities are monthly management accounts, new development financials, financial forecasting, and budgeting.

Simon Hazelwood,
Head of Maintenance & Facilities

Our highly organised block management expert, Simon is key to ensuring our portfolio is maintained. He works with our maintenance teams to keep everything running smoothly for over 10 years.

Sue Rigg,
Head of Estates & Portfolio

Sue works to maintain our high occupancy rate & industry-leading low tenant turnover. She forged her strong management and people skills in a background managing regional nightclubs and bars.

David Hadwin, Director Keystone Architectural Design

David treats design as a holistic process, integrating buildability & economics with aesthetics from the beginning. His skill and experience has been key to bringing our vision to life on numerous projects.

Andrew Fielder, Banner Jones
Head of Legal

Andrew performs a mix of corporate & commercial property work. He specialises in property development site acquisition and deals with the legal requirements for the sale of new build residential properties.

Neville Smith,
Senior Site Manager

Neville has worked in the construction industry all his working life. He gained his experience in various SME firms across Lancashire and Yorkshire, and now specialises in large scale conversion & new build projects.

Dave Cartwright,
Site Safety Officer

Dave is our Health and Safety officer. He makes sure our sites are safe and that accurate records are kept throughout the project. He works closely with the site managers to implement new safety measures.

Mick Graham,
Site Manager

Mick has worked his way up to leading his own site team. He is primarily from a plastering background with extensive knowledge of all trades having worked on sites for most of his career.

Dominic Smith,
Apprentice Site Manager

Dominic joined as an apprentice & communicated his goal to become a site manager. He’s been working hard to harness his project management skills & in the next 24 months aims to be leading his own team.

Simon Culic,
Maintenance Officer

Simon is on the ground making sure that repairs are done quickly and efficiently. He heads up the maintenance teams that deal with our portfolio & tenancy maintenance issues.

Chris Alexander,
Head Electrician

Chris manages the electrical teams for our sites and certification of properties in our residential portfolio. Chris heads up a team of 6 fully qualified electricians with a wide range of skill sets and experience.

Darren Stables,
Contracts Manager

Darren manages the project costs and contracts. He works closely with the site managers to ensure that timescales are met and that everything is on track to be completed as expected.
