The redevelopment of this 5 storey 1960s government office block began in 2018 and was carried out by J Holmes Developments Ltd – the construction division of Homes by Holmes.

The project took a total of 24 months to complete, including a 20-month build and 4-month refinance, and achieved a £4.4M Gross Development Value.
