Saltergate was formerly North East Derbyshire District Council’s headquarter offices, now being converted by Homes by Holmes into a 40,000 Sq. Ft. plus residential conversion with extensive car parking facilities.

Saltergate currently has planning approval for 64 retirement apartments, along with landscaped gardens and 32 car parking spaces. However, We intend to create 70 apartments with a generous split of two and one bed apartments for the PRS sector along with extensive car parking for 120 cars.
